Featured Project: The Barnum, Nottingham Rund worked as Independent Project Monitor on long-term client, Grainger’s first investment in Nottingham – a £55m Build to Rent development next to Nottingham train station.

The Barnum offers 348 quality BTR homes in addition to a range of resident amenities, including a residents’ lounge, roof terrace, gym and a café.

Our scope of work covered technical due diligence and management of multiple risk assessment factors, including quality control, financial and technical review.
