Sigma Capital has declared a successful year of growth throughout 2023 and the start of 2024.

Build to Rent single-family housing provider Sigma Capital is celebrating a landmark period of growth in 2023 into the first half of 2024 – having completed over 8,000 homes in total since launching its single-family rental model, with a further c.4,000 under construction.

Since 2023, Sigma has also acquired a further 31 new developments, bringing over 2,200 new homes to the rental market and addressing the urgent need for housing. Ten new regional sites and four new London sites have launched to market for first applications or taken first handovers in Q1 2024.

“The beauty of Sigma’s Build to Rent family housing model is the ability to create significant scale across a wide geographical area and offer a broad range of product to suit most renters in the UK. We’ve achieved growth by demonstrating strength in our long-term relationships with partners, both in the private sector with our house builder partners and the public sector with numerous relationships with Local Authorities and Homes England in particular.

“We believe we are the only platform in the market building across the UK both in single-family and multifamily at scale. Our customers benefit from a professional Build to Rent service through our Simple Life brand and management platform with the quality of a new build home, meaning we can appeal to a very broad range of demand delivering family housing at an attainable price for local renters.”
