A ground-breaking ceremony was held at the Church Street Place site, marking the start of construction on a new Build to Rent development in Eccles in the City of Salford, Greater Manchester. The ceremony was attended by key representatives.
International property developer and construction company – BCEGI – has been appointed by Arelsco Ventures to deliver the multi-million-pound high-rise Build to Rent tower – which will be named Church Street Place. Designed by Jeffrey Bell Architects, the scheme will deliver 272 new Build to Rent apartments across 23 storeys.

Located on Church Street, the scheme will include 7,300 sq ft of commercial space at ground level, and there will be 168 cycle spaces and 19 car parking spaces. The development is expected to complete in Q2 2025.
Booth King has been appointed as structural engineer, Ridge will provide M&E services, and the scheme will be managed by Silverlane Developments.
