Build to Rent developer Placefirst has revealed their multimillion-pound plan to create 350 new Build to Rent (BTR) homes in Wolverhampton’s Canalside Quarter. The plans include a bid for five acres of brownfield land off Lower Horseley Fields in the city centre.

Placefirst plans to submit their planning application in the coming months, and constructions works will begin later in the year if planning is approved.

Placefirst have BTR schemes across the North West, North East and Yorkshire, and this will be their first project in the Midlands. They design, build, own and maintain their BTR homes and create safe and friendly neighbourhoods – ensuring those neighbourhoods fit into each location.
