Wise Living have announced their overall five year plan to build over 10,000 Build to Rent (BTR) homes by 2025, which will be a great opening for up to 100 new jobs across the UK – from estate management to marketing. The five-year growth plan will include a number of investment announcements and new partnerships with a variety of developers.
Aiming to secure long-term partnerships, Wise Living will expand their support further for national and regional housebuilders. This includes a variety of support – from the initial appraisal of the site, funding for the Private Rental Sector (PRS) part of the scheme, to managing the development for investors from a lettings, assets and estate management perspective.
Within the last 12 months, Wise Living has partnered with developers Keon Homes and Lovell Homes. They’ve also received a further £100m investment from Triple Point, following a £33m funding – and there’s more to come. Additional funding has boosted efforts to build more partnerships over the next five years – to deliver thousands of high-quality BTR homes for families across the country.
Wise Living currently works with ten developers across the UK, with BTR developments in Mansfield, Birkenhead, Coventry and Telford.
