Purpose-built single-family housing (SFH) Build to Rent provider – Wise Living – announces it has completed on a successful management buyout.

Managing Director, Paul Staley heads up the new management team, focused on revolutionising the private rental sector by challenging existing standards and driving better living standards for tenants. Joining in 2011, Paul has led the development of the company into one of the most respected operators in the PRS sector.

Paul Gratton returns as Chairman to the company he helped found and is excited for its future growth.
