Located on a brownfield site in the heart of Salford city centre, the scheme will provide much-needed homes to the area.

The scheme includes ground and first floor amenity space, parking facilities and podium-level landscaping, alongside low-carbon infrastructure such as solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.

This low-carbon infrastructure will contribute to the sustainability of the development and help Salford City Council achieve its vision of becoming a carbon-neutral city by 2038.

“The topping out ceremony at this neighbourhood marks a momentous occasion, underscoring the dedication and teamwork behind this project. At Oldfield Wharf, we’re not just creating apartments for rent; we’re shaping an exceptional living experience and aspire to become an integral part of the vibrant Salford community. We can’t wait to welcome residents to their new homes in Autumn 2024.”
