A key focus for the Group this year is supporting new entrants into the living sectors pre-scale with their instantaneous vertically integrated platform, leasing, FM and site staff, and growing assets under management across both residential and commercial sectors. The Group offers a full lifecycle solution: land, investment, asset management, facilities and leasing.

The Ringley Group have built a complete end-to-end platform and are now recruiting senior experienced talent for the next chapter of their growth growth to serve an increasing mixed-use/commercial client base.

“We have a track record of fast lease up and improving margins, in addition we are not shy of taking on challenges such as turning around distressed assets and short-term gigs to prepare assets for sale.

“Russell adds bandwidth, vision and a wealth of experience and better still his mix of engineering, hospitality and operations means he already thinks as we do: people, risk, returns.  We will continue to innovate, and Russell brings the knowledge for us to support those whose ambition is to ‘do it in-house’, we can deploy the tech, train the team and retain operational oversight and reporting and pre-scale operate. We continue to support many blue-chip clients across all real estate asset classes: students, co-living, multifamily, single-family and later living.”
