The UKSFA announces its board members - industry heavyweights that will lead the growth of the single-family rental (SFR) sector.

The representative body for the SFR sector in the UK – the UK Single-Family Association (UKSFA) – announces the formation of its board.

CEO Richard Berridge will be supported by the distinguished group of industry professionals who bring a wealth of expertise and experience to the association. The board members will play an instrumental role in driving the UKSFA’s vision and objectives to support and enhance the SFR industry across the UK.

Alongside the executive team, the association also welcomes two Non-Executive Directors to its board: Benjamin Hall, Managing Director of Loft and Adam Forster, Head of SFR at Chartway Partnerships Group. They will both bring valuable perspectives and expertise to further strengthen the association’s mission.
