In line with the company’s social value commitment, conscious decisions were made throughout the transformation process of Holm Wimbledon Park. This included sourcing soft furnishings from Ukraine to support Ukrainian businesses and communities.

To enhance biodiversity at Holm Wimbledon Park, a large wildflower meadow and ‘bug hotels’ have been installed outdoors.

“Holm Wimbledon Park is the beginning of our mission to create attainable, sustainable, and quality rental homes. United by a shared passion for creating mindful living spaces, we have assembled a team with extensive experience in the living sector and a proven track record.

“We have seen significant demand for high-quality, well-managed rental assets that are built for middle-income Londoners, and we are currently working on additional sites that could create further flexible living homes.”
