Specialist UK value-add real estate investment and asset management firm – Tri7 – appoints Dan Green as Partner. The appointment comes as the company is at an exciting stage in its growth – with an investment capacity of £250m to spend on value-add real estate across the UK. Build to Rent and student accommodation will be a focus of Tri7’s plans.
Dan will be responsible for deal origination, acquisitions, and the underwriting of new opportunities in his new role. He joins existing Partners Alex Bowman and Samuel Castle, as well as chairman Nigel Henry, as Tri7 continues its UK growth.

Dan joins Tri7 from Firethorn Trust, where he had spent the past four years since the firm’s inception. Based within the acquisitions team, he was responsible for sourcing and originating deals, helping to acquire sites that formed a portfolio of industrial and logistics sites that were sold earlier this year to Cain International for over £550m.
Prior to Firethorn Trust, Dan worked at EQT Capital Partners on pan-European commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, and at Tristan Capital Partners alongside Firethorn founders Peter Mather and Chris Webb. Dan has been directly involved in transactions worth over £2bn in the UK and Europe across asset classes including student, retail and offices.
