Greenford Quay in West London, in the London Brough of Ealing, is home to three of Greystar’s Build to Rent developments – the Tillermans, Lyons Dock and The Glassworks.

The entire scheme was delivered using innovative modular methods. Using the Vision volumetric technology, Greystar and Ivanhoé Cambridge transformed 27 acres of brownfield land into a canal side community in just a short number of years.

Most recently, Tide and Vision handed over their third phase of the Greenford Quay scheme – The Glassworks Build to Rent development – six weeks ahead of an already compressed programme, delivering close to 1,000 homes, community and amenity spaces.

“With the completion of The Glassworks, Tide and Vision’s volumetric technology has now delivered close to 1,000 new Build to Rent homes for Greystar and Ivanhoe Cambridge in the space of a few years at Greenford Quay in Ealing.

“Handed over six weeks ahead of schedule, this third phase of Greystar’s purpose-designed Build to Rent development provides new homes, community and amenity spaces for the growing canal side community there.

“Tide and Vision are proud to be working alongside Greystar to help transform the original 27-acre disused brownfield site into a new neighbourhood for Ealing.”
