The UKAA Festival of Build To Rent is billing itself as being the most valuable online experience of 2020 – with a programme running from Monday 16 to Friday 20 November.

Two different speakers headline the event:

  • Tim Heatley – star of Manctopia – will talk about how Build to Rent is helping transform Manchester.
  • Luke Chadwick – premiership winner with Man Utd – explains how mental health issues stopped him ‘living the dream’.

The Festival provides a unique insight into the reality of the Build to Rent sector, with panel sessions with frontline staff on how they managed during the Covid-19 pandemic, and four virtual study tours of schemes in London, Manchester and Leicester.
