The UKAA Festival of Build To Rent is billing itself as being the most valuable online experience of 2020 – with a programme running from Monday 16 to Friday 20 November.
Two different speakers headline the event:
- Tim Heatley – star of Manctopia – will talk about how Build to Rent is helping transform Manchester.
- Luke Chadwick – premiership winner with Man Utd – explains how mental health issues stopped him ‘living the dream’.
The Festival provides a unique insight into the reality of the Build to Rent sector, with panel sessions with frontline staff on how they managed during the Covid-19 pandemic, and four virtual study tours of schemes in London, Manchester and Leicester.
With over 60 expert sessions taking place over the week, the Festival provides an opportunity to gain real insight and knowledge about the sector. Sessions range from masterclasses in networking and property marketing, to sessions on the impact of Esports on design, branding and technology.
There’s also a fantastic social programme with networking, an online cocktail party, a virtual beer festival – with real beer – and wellness breaks every day to help you chill and enjoy the Festival.
For access to the full programme, tickets are £250+VAT. Junior tickets are available for those with three years or less Build to Rent experience – which is priced at £75+VAT – with access to 20+ sessions. Find out more about the Festival and see the prices and upgrade options.
