Property management company – The Ringley Group – has announced its new status as a RICS Tech Partner, elevating the need for a truly vertically integrated Build to Rent Tech Stack.

The group’s living sectors tech stack – PlanetRent – overcomes the need for an array of tech solutions stitched together with all the data re-work that entails. 
PlanetRent powers the group’s living sectors platform Una Living, which has traction of over 6,000 tenants with meticulously planned journeys. It reduces staff time, increases their accountability, and employs robotics, machine learning and predictive processes that reduce the OpEx spend. 

There are over 100 KPIs being tracked with instant fund manager friendly automated reporting, with the capability to easily aggregate dashboards and balance sheets at the touch of a button.

Together, this end-to-end tech stack helps Build to Rent Asset Owners save governance-wise, with full FM modules and a series of Smartphone Apps to deliver a complete compliance solution.
