After a successful pilot in the South East, The Advanced Rent Option (ARO) has launched its national rollout. The ARO offers Build to Rent landlords a year’s rent up-front, including a premium full management service for a similar price to that charged by many managing agents for standard full management.

ARO provides security and peace of mind for the Build to Rent industry at a time where both these commodities are in high demand and diminishing supply. The company offers Build to Rent landlords the option of receiving up to a year’s rent in advance – even when residents pay monthly.
Landlords can take their upfront rent at the beginning of a tenancy provided their property is compliant and residents pass referencing – or at any time during an existing tenancy, subject to a new one-year agreement.
