Spike Global has worked with Livingway to create a white labelled version of its tenant engagement portal – Spike Living – that is now available to residents across Livingway’s Build to Rent developments in Liverpool, Leeds, Stockport, Manchester, Bolton and Aberdeen.

Residents can access the portal via their smartphone to stay connected to their local area, access discounts on local businesses, and to create online clubs and forums. The portal also allows Livingway to simplify and streamline day-to-day management of its buildings, helping residents stay better connected and allowing staff to manage enquiries and maintenance requests more efficiently.
