Build to Rent housing provider, Simple Life will deliver a new mixed-use scheme – named Ribblesdale Place – in Accrington, Lancashire. The development will total 97 new build homes. 47 Build to Rent homes will include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with a further 50 properties for open market sale by housing developer, Countryside. The first lets will begin in December 2021 with completion expected in Spring 2022.
