Build to Rent provider Sigma Capital Group has announced the appointment of four new team members, following landmark growth of the business.

The new appointments – Judi Zouhbi, Clea Alakija, Georgia Whiteley and Amber Hibbert – will join the Asset Management teams in London and Manchester, to help Sigma deliver its pipeline of thousands of new homes and supporting key partnerships.

Joining from Gresham House where she was an Asset Manager, Judi joins Sigma on the Simple Life London brand also as Asset Manager. In her new role, she will be monitoring asset performance and delivering against financial targets.

Also joining to work on the Simple Life London brand as Junior Asset Manager is Clea, who was previously a Resident Services Manager at Savills. Clea’s role will centre on data capture from leasing, block management and compliance.

Georgia joins the Manchester team as Assistant Asset Manager, overseeing maintenance and standards for the Simple Life regional portfolio. She joins the business from Ascend Properties, where she was the Assistant Maintenance Coordinator.

Amber also joins the Manchester team as Asset Management Administrator. Her role will centre around capturing and vetting asset and compliance data and managing warranty defects with development partners. Amber’s previous post was at PLS Solicitors.

“We’re delighted to have three new additions join our Asset Management team at this pivotal time for the business. Already in 2024, we’ve signed a framework agreement with Vistry to deliver 5,000 homes and we have over 1,000 apartments underway in London, and there’s plenty more in the pipeline. Our new team members are going to be very busy! We’re looking forward to collaborating as a wider team to continue to set high standards for the build-to-rent industry in everything that we do.”
