Following the appointment of Centrick to launch and manage Oblix Living’s Iron Yard Build to Rent development in Sheffield, the scheme is now 100% let, just 14 weeks after launching to the public. Centrick provided Build to Rent services through its VICI platform which launched earlier this year.

Situated in the heart of Sheffield city centre, the new Build to Rent development includes 95 one and two-bedroom boutique apartments. Over 30% were let on the first day of the launch, with a recent open day attracting over 100 potential tenants – demonstrating the strong demand for high quality Build to Rent living in the city.
Amenities at Iron Yard include a gym, concierge service, residents’ lounge, co-working space and communal garden. There is also extensive private parking with EV chargers available.
