Select Property has launched its in-house lettings business - Select Residential.

Property developer, operator and investment specialist Select Property launches Select Residential that aims to create seamless and transparent rental management for Select Property investors. The in-house lettings service be available across Select Property’s brands including its Build to Rent brand, Affinity Living. 

Select Residential creates a unique property management and tenant services offering to simplify residential and investor experiences. The services will be provided by a team experienced in designing, developing and operating the residences they represent. 

Investors will benefit from Select Residential taking responsibility for finding and vetting tenants, completing contracts and handing over keys, rent collection, resident move-ins or move-outs, and supporting tenants’ queries and maintenance needs. The business’ in-house brokerage will also manage investors exit strategies at the time of sale to ensure a smooth transition.

Select Residential provides investors with a fully rounded end to end experience without the additional layer of administration that comes with finding, appointing and managing a third-party lettings agent. After a phased rollout, Select Residential will manage thousands of apartments across developments in Manchester and Birmingham. 

It currently has a 96% occupancy rate across its premium Affinity Living Build to Rent residences, with a resident satisfaction score of 8.85 according to the company’s latest tenant polling, which is higher than average in comparison with other Manchester developments.
