Moorfield Group’s third Build to Rent scheme – Duet, MediaCityUK’s newest development has created an access all areas fly-through and virtual viewings for prospective renters who are looking to move – to cater for viewings during the lockdown.
A video released by Duet showcases the luxury developments on the Salford Quays waterfront, which has 270 Build to Rent apartments – spanning across two 15 storey buildings. Duet are also hosting personal virtual viewings – a comprehensive viewing starting from outside the towers, through the reception area and communal spaces, then onto the 10th floor where the viewing tours one, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
“Our virtual tour provides a great insight to the fantastic facilities exclusively available here at Duet – which is especially helpful during lockdown, when many who are planning moving will be unable to visit their potential future home in person.
“The virtual tour and virtual viewings provide clear visuals of the space, layout and also high-quality finish of the development, for those who might be interested in moving into the Duet community.”Dougie Orton-Wade, General Manager, Duet Salford Quays
The Duet Build to Rent scheme was delivered by Moorfield managed funds – working with developer, Glenbrook Property. The scheme is professionally managed by rental operator, Allsop.
