Operating partner Ringley Group makes two senior hires within its living sector team – to strengthen its capital markets and asset management offering.

Oliver Hopkins joins the company as Investment Director to broaden its full life-cycle asset management strategies, from acquisition through to disposal, for institutional investors in the Build to Rent, co-living and senior-living sectors. He will focus on helping investors maximise the performance of existing, stabilised portfolios. Oliver joins Ringley from Foxtons where he was a Build to Rent and residential development investment specialist.

Mitch Hammond joins Ringley as Head of Alternative Living. Mitch also joins from Foxtons where he specialised in occupational Build to Rent. Reporting to Ringley Group’s CEO Mary-Anne Bowring, both Mitch and Oliver will work together to provide capital markets advice, including on operational underwriting.

“The appointments of Mitch and Oliver are critical to achieving our mission of becoming the operating partner of choice for the living sectors. We already occupy this position in the student sector and are the go to for supporting underwriting in later living.

“I look forward to welcoming Mitch and Oliver to the Ringley family and no doubt they will be an excellent addition to the team.”

Ringley manages a £6bn mixed-tenure portfolio comprising 13,000 homes, and looks to expand its its institutional investment client base in the living sectors.
