Residential property specialists Ringley Group launches Una Living – a new branded asset management and operations platform focused on the living sectors. Una Living is set on becoming the ‘go-to’ business for investors looking to access UK living real estate, including Build to Rent, co-living, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and senior housing.
Una Living, which will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Ringley, will utilise the group’s expertise and proprietary tech platforms, which have been developed in-house.
Una Living will manage an initial portfolio of 1,700 units across the Build to Rent sector on behalf of institutional investors and is actively seeking more asset management and operating mandates. Presently active only in the UK, Una Living is also exploring opportunities in Europe.

Una Living’s seven strong senior team, led by CEO Mary-Anne Bowring, has whole asset lifecycle experience and the business’s services will cover each stage, from project design and monitoring through to mobilisation, lease-up, operations and preparation for exit.
