Alternative living real estate company Re:shape Living, the visionaries behind the ARK Co-living platform appoint two new directors – Robbie Nightingale and Phil Luckett – to their leadership team.

The move is the next phase in Re:shape’s evolution into a fully vertically integrated business across acquisitions, planning, development and asset management.

As the new Construction Director, Robbie joins Re:shape Living from Manner. He has extensive experience in co-living, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and residential – across construction, forward funds and development management agreements from previous roles at The Collective and Mace as a main contractor.

Notably, Robbie led on the deal structuring of the Storey House in Leeds between Manner and Blackrock, and the delivery of ground-up projects such as The Collective Old Oak and The Collective Canary Wharf, which was recently re-launched as ARK Canary Wharf in January 2024.

“I am thrilled to be part of Re:shape Living’s latest growth phase and to head up the new construction division, leveraging my experience to drive forward the company’s ambitious development initiatives and pipeline and build on the successes of Re:shape’s first co-living proof of concept, Wembley ARK.”

The benefits of Phil’s arrival into the business in late 2023 is already paying dividends for Re:shape and the 1,000 bedroom operational ARK Co-living platform, through the enhancement of efficiencies and procedures across various functions.

“Re:shape is an exciting and ambitious business with a clear mission. I am honoured to join the leadership team and excited to now build and embed the necessary processes and procedures to successfully execute the delivery and operations of our extensive development pipeline.”

This news follows the recent announcement of the company acquiring three co-living development sites in Woolwich, Bethnal Green and Watford. With the expertise and dedication of its new hires, Re:shape Living is poised to continue its trajectory of innovation and excellence in the UK alternative living sector.
