Management company Quintain Living, which oversees the rental of over 3,650 apartments, is celebrating the coming of Autumn through the colour schemes and designs at its Wembley Park developments.

In the lobby of Alameda, red is the feature colour, from the desk of the welcoming, 24/7 concierge to the walls and post-boxes.

At Ferrum, bright red sofas and dining chairs bring warmth and vibrancy to the industrial chic of the furnished loft-style homes.

In The Robinson, residents can take the red trend one step further, with the choice of chilli-red kitchens.

More muted, buttery creams and yellows have also been in circulation in the fashion and design world.

In Quintain Living’s Italian-inspired apartments of Alto, this autumnal trend is reflected in various ways – particularly with their sleek, off-white kitchens with state-of-the-art Siemens appliances and indulgent cream bedroom carpets.

The minimalist homes also showcase the ‘less is more’ approach that many of the major fashion houses have taken to their latest collections.

“Each of our developments at Wembley Park features bespoke interior design and furnishings, adding character and interest to apartments and shared social spaces alike. This autumn, we’re delighted to offer a selection of stylish homes that tune into the latest trends and residents can feel proud to call home.”

The practical trend this autumn/winter has also been reflected at Quintain’s schemes, as ease of renting and use of technology has been utilised.

The company’s apartments feature furniture collections curated by John Lewis & Partners, with a bespoke selection designed to suit the style of each building.

Meanwhile, the move-in process has been made simple with depositless renting, no hidden fees, flexible renting and utilities set up and ready to go, with a single, monthly itemised bill.

The growing emphasis on sustainability across the fashion industry, rental sector and beyond, also means that natural, raw materials and finishes are key this year.

In Repton Gardens at Wembley Park, this can be seen in the building’s sustainability-focused furniture collection, botanically inspired living, exposed ceilings and natural, earthy tones and textures.
