Rob’s session – Living by Priorities, Not Pressure – will support attendees to refocus and reassess, with a view to enhancing their positivity and resilience. A recording will also be available after the event to those who registered.

Rob is a motivational speaker, coach and writer with an international following. His goal is to add value to people of all ages, denominations and cultural backgrounds, through in-person sessions and his weekly television program in more than 40 countries worldwide.

“Whether its coping with stress at work, pressure at home, or difficulty in relationships, choosing to respond, rather than react to adverse circumstances can change every day of our lives, every decision we make, and every date we have in our diary! I am looking forward to sharing some practical tools and tips that will help you to master your mindsets, so your mindsets don’t master you!”

Quintain Living is the award-winning management company which oversees the rental of over 3,000 apartments in Wembley Park. The company do much to promote positive mental health, from providing innovative social spaces for residents to come together, to providing hireable allotment beds to enable families to enjoy the feeling of working with the earth to grow their own food. Each building’s amenities are unique, ranging from designer work from home sheds and a bustling clubhouse at Canada Gardens to a rooftop spa caravan and what is believed to be London’s longest row of sun-loungers at The Robinson.

“The lines between living and working from home have become inextricably interwoven for many since the first lockdown began. It’s raised questions about the continuing relevance of commuting to the office every day; for many, spending a few days a week working from home is here to stay. Thankfully, we delight in delivering spaces that will surprise and excite our residents, so we’ve had great fun designing a range of new work from home amenities.”
