The newest innovative proptech by Quintain Living aims to provide customers with the freedom explore all ten Quintain Living developments available at Wembley Park and the wider neighbourhood, with the leasing team then able to show potential residents the homes they are interested in.
Designed with the goal to provide convenience and efficiency to Quintain Living’s viewing process, the potential resident arrives in the Quintain Living Hub where they are greeted by one of the team, given the opportunity to ask any questions, and provided with a wristband set up with bespoke access to the buildings and specific apartments they wish to view.
Once the wristband is handed over, within seconds an automated email is generated and delivered to the customer containing full details of the relevant apartment(s), wider building amenity information, a Wembley Park neighbourhood guide, and video prompts to start their tour.
The video begins, allowing the customer to watch and walk in real time around the buildings they have noted interest in, including amenity spaces and to their matched apartment(s) which they can access with the wristband.
The customer can then explore available apartments at their own pace. Following the tour, they are prompted to return to the Quintain Living Hub to discuss next steps.
The innovation follows the success of various other tech-enabled, customer care driven initiatives at Quintain Living – including innovative technology that supports sustainable renting.
“From the outset, we have approached the rental experience with a fresh mindset, taking a new approach to what renters can expect. Customer care is the bedrock of this, so that feeds into every element of the service we provide, including the application of technology throughout the renting journey.”Danielle Bayless, Chief Operating Officer, Quintain Living
Quintain Living built a data reporting tool that won the UKAA Sustainability Champion Award 2022 and was shortlisted for both an EG Tech Award 2022 and RESI Sustainability Initiative Award in 2023.
Digital leasing will enable renters to lease their home by completing all paperwork online, including setting up secure, flexible tenancies. The ‘plug and play’ approach aims to create an easy move-in process, with utilities all set up and ready to go, including superfast Wi-Fi. These technical touches are underpinned by practical design and operational considerations.
To aid the easy move-in process, there are underground parking bays with trolleys dedicated to helping residents move their boxes and belongings in, for example.
At Quintain Living’s latest building, Repton Gardens, there is a hotel-style porte-cochère, meaning that large vehicles have easy access on moving day. The dedicated Resident Team is also on hand to provide support with both technical and non-technical issues.
There is also the Quintain Living Resident App, which allows residents to manage their leases, including accessing a payment summary and details of their Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Alongside this, the app provides building updates, so that residents can keep up to speed with the latest developments.
Residents can also use the app to set up their Wi-Fi, book each building’s social spaces and spaces at community events, arrange guest parking and report any maintenance issues.
