Comprising seven buildings, Canada Gardens is by far the largest of Quintain Living’s new developments to launch in 2020. With an acre of private resident gardens within the development and overlooking what will be the neighbourhood’s new seven-acre park, Canada Gardens celebrates green space within an urban setting. Meanwhile, an enormous roof terrace provides 360° views of the city, the Chilterns and the iconic Wembley Stadium arch.

Blending the best of cosy home interiors with contemporary style, these pet-friendly homes have been designed to ensure renters love where they live. Canada Gardens’ apartments have been co-designed with John Lewis & Partners and Samsung and on-site facilities include:

  • Hireable resident allotments and greenhouse.
  • Designer work-from-home sheds.
  • A pet park (doggy day care and walking services are also available).
  • A children’s play room and pirate ship.
  • BBQ areas within the gardens.
  • Serviced clubhouse.
  • Library.
  • Rooftop terraces with entertainment spaces.

Canada Gardens includes a mix of Build to Rent homes, including studios, one, two, three- and four-bedroom apartments which are available furnished or unfurnished, with a ‘plug and play’ offering that allows residents to move in swiftly and painlessly – including wifi set up.

Residents living in Quintain Living’s neighbourhood have access to London’s largest Boxpark to its newest theatre – the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre. There is also the sustainability-focused Wembley Park Market, 70 shops at LDO and a wealth of independent, artisan eateries providing everything from gourmet pasta to bread-making masterclasses.
