Quintain Living, the operator and management company created by Build to Rent developer Quintain, manages 3,650 apartments across ten buildings in Wembley Park; all of which aim to bring luxury outdoor living to the Build to Rent sector as well as providing a number of other onsite amenities.

From Weber-grade BBQs, allotments and play parks, Quintain Living are creating outdoor spaces for their residents, in order to fully embrace the community spirit and modern outdoor living they have to offer.

“Renting a home with an outdoor kitchen provides the best of both worlds – you can enjoy grilling in the open air whenever the mood (and weather!) suits, without having to maintain the BBQ and surrounding garden as we take care of that for you. At Quintain Living, residents can make the most of every day when it comes to cooking and eating al fresco.”

Canada Gardens, which is a 12-minute train ride away from Central London, offers residents a taste of relaxed, country kitchen living. Well-maintained gardens, faded brickwork, wooden tables, and planters full of brightly coloured flowers that dot the Weber-grade outdoor grill area are some of the features Quintain Living have to offer at this development.

At Quintain Living’s Ferrum Build to Rent scheme, outdoor kitchens are available in both the podium garden and the roof terrace, where residents can enjoy an outstanding view of the iconic Wembley Stadium arch as they cook and take part in BBQs and lawn games. Alongside the wooden furniture, Ferrum aims to provide residents with a New York warehouse-loft style of outdoor living. For pets, there is also a dedicated dog run.

Situated within the outdoor spaces at Wembley Park’s Madison is a lawn for pets and a play area with sustainable timber climbing equipment for younger residents. The outdoor kitchen facilities are beautifully aligned with the building’s mid-century modern sophistication.

Sleek brickwork, beds of greenery, metal-framed chairs and tables and elegant tiling, offset by stylish wooden cupboards, all come together to deliver a chic outdoor grilling and dining experience. Nature is key at the Madison Build to Rent scheme. At the heart of everything is a circular lawn, with the surrounding flowers, shrubs and trees chosen to attract wildlife, including bees, pollinators and other insects.

Quintain Living’s Robinson scheme aims to provide a playful sense of outdoor living, as the roof terrace contains a juice bar in the shape of a giant orange and what is believed to be the longest row of sun loungers in London. Residents looking to leave the roof terrace can do so via the seven-metre slide leading to the floor below. On another rooftop, there are brightly coloured work-from-home campervans clustered around picnic tables, while there’s also a spa caravan complete with a hot tub. Down in the podium gardens, distinctly defined areas include a serene peace garden, swings, a dog park, a deckchair-bedecked lawn, and a Mad Hatter’s tea party garden with BBQ.

Quintain Living’s latest development that launched early this month, Repton Gardens at Wembley Park, features a BBQ area nestled in the 2,300 sqm podium garden, including mature trees, lawned areas and two playparks. Four hireable BBQs are housed within a round canopy, surrounded by tables with seating for up to six people. Repton Garden has many social spaces – a large club room with pool table, soft seating, a TV area and bar with beer tap and wine, a 1,150 sq ft gym, ten work-from-home spaces and a large meeting room, open out onto the podium garden, providing a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel.
