Ryland Estates has submitted plans for its proposed Trifecta Residences Build to Rent scheme in Birmingham.

Family-run developer Ryland Estates Investment Ltd has submitted a planning application for its newly proposed Trifecta Residences Build to Rent scheme along Bristol Street, Bromsgrove Street and Essex Street in Birmingham.

Plans for the 550-home residential mixed-use development will see the delivery of three buildings at 40, ten, and six-storeys. Designed by Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio, opportunities for ground floor shops, restaurants, cafes, businesses, and service uses will also be available at the scheme.

Convenience and community are Ryland Estates’ key focusses for Trifecta Residences. Bus links to all major locations and Birmingham New Street train station are within walking distance of the scheme, alongside all city centre amenities.

Amenities on-site will include co-working spaces, exercise facilities and shared lounges. Natural outdoor space will comprise walled gardens, terraced landscaping and water features. A public consultation event took place on 25 July at 18 Bristol Street.
