Designed to complement the existing urban structure, the Pall Mall Press tower will stand tall in Liverpool’s skyline with a concrete frame and brick façade featuring punch windows.  A variety of sustainable elements have been factored into the development of the scheme, with green roofs to recycle rainwater, solar panels and internally, light-filled areas that minimise the need for electric lighting.

“We are delighted with the progress Graham and the wider team have achieved in reaching this milestone. It is a testament to all the hard work by the project team and moves us closer to delivering 336 new homes for our residents, as part of the vibrant community of Liverpool.”

Seamus Keane, Development Director, Ridgeback
