Outpost Management announce the launch of its new Build to Rent concept, Enclave. Featuring the best in urban design and innovative convenience-led living, Enclave creates high-quality rental homes in prominent locations across UK cities. Its first development, Enclave: KX is open and has welcomed its first residents. Its second scheme, Enclave: Croydon is currently under construction – and will deliver 817 homes in a 50-storey tower in the heart of Croydon, set to open in late 2023.
Enclave: KX, includes 121 apartments – a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Set in landscaped urban gardens, the development is directly on London’s Regent’s Canal – and offers far-reaching views over King’s Cross and the city skyline beyond.
All apartments feature modernist interiors, ideal for contemporary living. Homes are available furnished or unfurnished and include underfloor heating, high ceilings and large windows, and have at least one balcony. The interiors concept, designed exclusively in partnership with UK studio Kibre, uses a calm, warm colour palette throughout the internal spaces.
Bespoke furniture and soft furnishings ensure each home is unique. Artwork at Enclave: KX was curated in partnership with local and national artists and Getty Images, to enhance the internal spaces through a number of creative interventions. North London artist George Lawrence was commissioned to provide an array of bespoke artworks, drawing inspiration from the area’s industrial past. Each of George’s pieces is custom-made for its specific placement, adding to the unique feel of each of the communal areas and private apartments.
Residents at Enclave: KX can enjoy a range of high-end services and amenities which include a panoramic sky lounge, co-working spaces, penthouse roof terrace, telepresence board rooms – as well as the use of meeting rooms and an indoor-outdoor private dining suite, all freely bookable directly through the dedicated building team or online. Further enhancements are also expected later in the year with the opening of a new executive gym, peloton studio and pet spa.

The scheme offers concierge and services onsite 24/7, which provides support with resident queries, signing in guests or accepting deliveries. A ‘butlered’ mail service ensures that parcels are personally delivered to residents’ apartments. Residents can also rely on the support of an on-site Maintenance Engineer, with bespoke cleaning services available.
Enclave: KX also benefits from innovative technology that has been installed as standard. This includes dedicated high speed 1GB WiFi in each apartment, smart Bluetooth door locks, integrated Siemens appliances and a smart building management system. All apartments are Smart Home enabled, with additional features to be rolled out in future software upgrades. Enclave’s smart home approach is focused on enabling resident convenience by allowing them to control their heating, lighting and access whether at home or away, while also significantly improving the environmental footprint of the building.
