Osborne Group announces the appointment of David Walters as Managing Director of Developments Business as it moves into the next phase of its Build to Rent strategy. Joining the company in 2018 and responsible for creating the company’s Build to Rent strategy, the appointment comes as Osborne embarks on the next phase of its strategy – which includes the new joint venture between Osborne and PGIM.
