Grainger plc announces a new Non-Executive Director to its Board, who will join the company in January 2023.

The UK’s largest listed residential property company – Grainger plc – announces that Michael Brodtman will join its Board on 1 January 2023, as Non-Executive Director.

Michael has spent a 40-year career at CBRE, leading the company’s valuation and operational real estate departments, growing specialist teams in emerging sectors and internationally. In his most recent role at CBRE, he was Chairman of the UK advisory arm from January 2020 until he retired on 30 June 2022.

From 2016 to 2019, Michael held a Non-Executive Director position at housing association Places for People. He is currently a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Trustee of Jewish Care, the health and social welfare charity serving London’s Jewish community.
