Nominations open for the ARL PeopleAwards 2024

The awards will honour significant contributions to the Build to Rent sector and commitment to customer service.

The Association for Rental Living (ARL) has opened nominations for the ARL People Awards 2024. It aim to recognise distinguished individuals who are leading the way in making significant contributions to the Build to Rent sector, alongside delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The ARL People Awards will focus on three categories in 2024: Lifetime Achievement/Recognition, Rising Star and Industry Shaper. The winners of these awards will be announced at the ARL Annual Conference in London on 7 November 2024. 

Nominations can be from any part of the Build to Rent sector – from investors, developers, operators, consultants or suppliers. Nominees must have demonstrated drive and initiative to improve the customer experience, deliver social value and/or promote the value of Build to Rent to customers or influential stakeholders.

The Lifetime Achievement/Recognition Award will honour one individual’s long-standing contribution to the sector. The winner will have consistently delivered outstanding contributions to sector growth or have had a significant impact in raising awareness and improving the perception of the sector.

The Rising Star Award will recognise an individual with great potential – someone who has shown great promise and outstanding development in the Build to Rent sector at an early stage of their career. The winner will have demonstrated enterprising initiative in improving the quality of Build to Rent delivery and will showcase the core values of the sector in all that they do.

The Industry Shaper Award will recognise an individual’s major influence in creating change that has impacted the entire sector. The winning changemaker will have created significant change within the sector or have represented the sector in a way that has altered the perception of external stakeholders.
