The new partnership enables residents to manage everything within the Spike Living portal – from communicating with other residents to reporting a repair, getting notified about upcoming maintenance events, and managing deliveries and visitors. Empowered by Fixflo’s innovative and multilingual repair reporting system, residents are prompted to give all the necessary details about their maintenance issue from the first instance. This enables Build to Rent property managers to diagnose issues accurately – and without the need for back-and-forth communication with residents.
