New co-living brand Wembley Ark, a community-centric rental concept in London, opens to guests.Designed to be a flexible co-living community and delivered by ARK, guests can stay from two nights up to one year. Fixed all-inclusive bills start from £88 per night, with a minimum two-night stay, or £1,495 per month.

Plans were unveiled for the new scheme a few months ago. The interiors of the 300-bedroom former hotel have been reconfigured in collaboration with London design studio Holloway Li, with the aim of creating a new urban retreat. As part of the refurbishment, ARK donated over 1,000 pieces of furniture to local families and shelters in response to a rising cost of living.

ARK offers a fixed all-inclusive bill with the intention of providing financial certainty in the face of the rising cost of living. For any length of stay, this bill covers a private ensuite studio; property taxes; 24/7 gym; co-working space access; superfast WiFi; all utilities; a concierge; a daily programme of cultural events; and professional cleaning and linen changes.

Creating a positive impact on the local Wembley community, Wembley ARK will offer free accommodation to local women who have suffered domestic violence, through a partnership with the Al-Hasaniya Women’s Centre, which is accredited by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

“Our flexible, community-led new way of living and staying in London is resonating with people – as we’ve seen from the strong demand so far for our first building in Wembley Park. Recognising that times are tough right now for many people in society with soaring rental and energy costs, we can offer financial certainty for our guests through a fixed, all-inclusive bill, regardless of how long they stay with us.

“ARK also realises the value and importance of creating spaces that enable people to socialise and form a community. Our design-led spaces offer a unique living option for a range of people, from newcomers to London to those relocating. We can’t wait to welcome our new guests and look forward to building a thriving community of people who demand a more homely experience.”
