Navana has appointed Katherine Rose as Director of BTR & PRS. The appointment is ideally placed to lead Navana’s expansion into Build to Rent. Established in 2019 by Harry Fenner, Kelly Bream and Brent Stojanovic, Navana deliver modern, technology-led and responsive property and asset management services for clients, residents and communities.
Navana has a significant portfolio of homes under management. They’re targeting growth across the Build to Rent industry, including larger family-focused developments and smaller, suburban apartment schemes in London and the UK’s regional cities.

Katherine will be supporting Navana’s clients across the lifecycle of Build to Rent projects – from design consultancy and mobilisation, through to analysis of operational data and full-service building management. This also includes working with clients to support and amplify their brand, and optimising building designs to maximise operational efficiency – drawing on Navana’s proprietary NAV:Tech app – which allows clients to track the real-time financial performance of assets.
She will also oversee the business’ Build to Rent customer offer to deliver the best possible experience for residents and maximise tenant retentions. Alongside NAV:Tech, Navana has developed a bespoke customer-facing app for residents – ANA:Tech, which provides tailored newsfeeds and area guides for their homes.

Previously, Katherine was Director of Build to Rent and private rental sector client services at PRSim, a property consultancy and management business which is part of the LSL Property Services Group. She was instrumental in building their Build to Rent offer. Prior to PRSim, she spent over four years as a surveyor in Knight Frank’s central London commercial offices team.
