Muse supports growth with trio of senior hires

Supporting the growth of the company, Muse has made a trio of senior hires across its regional teams in the Northwest.

Nationwide placemaker Muse has announced the appointment of three new senior hires across regional teams in the Northwest, the Midlands and the South.

Richard Kelly has been appointed as Project Director in the Northwest. Richard joins Muse with over 20 years’ industry experience working in partnership with the public and private sector to deliver homes, student accommodation, offices and public spaces.

Most recently, Richard was project lead at Zerum where he supported the delivery of the landmark £400m St Michael’s regeneration in Manchester city centre.

Cate Howe has been appointed Senior Project Manager in the Midlands. Cate arrives from Cordia UK with nearly ten years’ experience delivering new places across Birmingham and the Midlands, including the Great Hampton Street regeneration masterplan.

Muse has also continued to grow its team in the South with the appointment of Tom Jackson as Senior Development Manager. With over 20 years’ regeneration experience across the public and private sectors, Tom will join the London-based team from Linkcity.

With extensive regeneration and placemaking experience, Tom has supported the delivery of the £300m Tustin Estate regeneration, which is delivering nearly 700 new homes in Southwark.
