Named after botanical artist and gardening publisher Jane Wells Webb Loudon, Moda, Loudon’s Yard is located in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston, Birmingham’s greenest area. The scheme was designed to fit seamlessly into the local landscape.

Moda has built the neighbourhood around over an acre of green space, which will also be open to the public. Residents can enjoy a private garden, courtyard and BBQ area, as well as being just a stone’s throw away from the Edgbaston Village precinct and the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, which was designed by Jane’s husband, John Loudon.

Moda, Loudon’s Yard is surrounded by an array of popular independent hospitality businesses, including Smoke & Ash, Loki and Chapter, which the brand will champion through a range of unique independent partnerships including botanical themed menu specials and more. In June 2024, Moda Living will be launching a guide to the area, which residents can pick up to discover more about what Edgbaston has to offer.
