With just under a couple of weeks to go, here at AGC BTR we are very excited to be a part of this year’s Bisnow Build to Rent conference. Since launching our revived Build to Rent proposition in late 2020, we have had the opportunity to share our unique proposition and thoughts on this rapidly growing industry that is Build to Rent. With that, we are extremely pleased to share that our Associate, Charlotte Robertson will be at the conference to help you gain a bigger insight in how to understand and support your resident’s mental wellbeing within their new home.

Luxury meets rental

Design matters to tenants; the importance of the internal and external look, feel, and ambience ever increasing in our experience-driven economy. Quality interior design is critical in creating comfortable homes where occupants feel safe, secure and happy.

Research proves that furnished properties rent quicker, have lower voids, and let for less discount on their initial asking price than their unfurnished counterparts*. The Build to Rent sector offers the biggest revolution in the housing market across the UK in decades. For savvy developers, there is the opportunity to deliver a product synonymous with quality that offers a lifestyle experience.

Earlier this year, in collaboration with Dataloft, we revealed that tenants across the Build to Rent sector are increasingly discerning their expectations and choices and are prepared to pay premiums for products that meet their needs. Access our full report here.

8 Water Street

Have you seen our biggest project to date in Canary Wharf? Located in Wood Wharf is the characterful low-rise, 8 Water Street. Developers, Canary Wharf Group, created this thriving residential community with 174 state-of-the-art apartments.

Collaborating closely with Build to Rent operator, Vertus, our Design team created three unique and bespoke schemes that fit the premium development, consisting of studio, one-bed, two-bed and three-bedroom penthouses. We totalled in dressing 160 units, three premium penthouses and a premium styled communal area and terrace.
