Macfarlanes advises Dandara Living on Renshaw’s Yard BTR sale

Macfarlanes have advised Dandara Living on the sale of Renshaw’s Yard Build to Rent scheme in Staines-upon-Thames to Greystar Real Estate Partners.

Law firm Macfarlanes has advised Build to Rent management company Dandara Living on the sale of its Renshaw’s Yard development to residential investment and management company Greystar Real Estate Partners in a forward funding deal.

Dandara Living will act as developer and contractor on the project. The site has been cleared for construction, which Dandara Living will start in Q4 2023. The development is expected to complete in Q3 2026.

The Renshaw’s Yard scheme will deliver 391 new homes in a mix of 345 private units, six private three-bedroom townhouses and 40 Discounted Market Rent (DMR) units.

On-site amenities include a lounge, private dining, co-working space, gym, and private courtyard gardens alongside a basement with 215 car parking spaces and 396 cycle storage spaces.
