Specialist real estate investment, development and management firm – Long Harbour – appoints Build to Rent specialist consultancy firm Circle as Fund Monitor on the forward purchase of Beaufort Park Build to Rent development with St George. As a carbon conscious project delivery consultant specialising in carbon, project, cost and quality management services, the appointment extends Circle’s Build to Rent project delivery portfolio.

Circle will administer the forward commit agreement recently announced by Long Harbour for the forward purchase of 370 Build to Rent homes and accompanying amenity space within the Beaufort Park scheme. Long Harbour and St George acquired the development last month.

The Beaufort Park Build to Rent development sits within a popular neighbourhood in Colindale, Northwest London, and is being delivered by St George Plc. Construction is already underway and the homes will orm the final phase of the wider Beaufort Park masterplan. A phased handover is scheduled for 2025 to 2026.

Long Harbour has worked extensively with St George to define an exemplar Build to Rent product. Beaufort Park will feature over 10,000 sq ft of residential amenities with a focus on wellbeing, community and private green spaces. 

The neighbourhood is designed with a network of walking and cycling routes to promote healthy active travel, and includes 100,000 sq ft of commercial space – including a pub, nursery, local shops, and offices which support hundreds of local jobs.
