London Land Group and Samsung Electronics UK partner to deliver smart appliances to the developer’s residents.

Residential developer London Land Group has announced a multimillion pound innovation partnership that will see Samsung supply digital appliances to all of London Land Group’s current and future developments and Build to Rent schemes.

The partnership with the popular digital appliance company will first be utilised at London Land Group’s 291-apartment The Waterfront Poole development that will be fitted out as fully connected homes, offering residents the ability to connect and control all their smart devices through Samsung’s SmartThings platform.

The appliances, including ovens, hobs, fridge freezers, dishwashers and washing machines, will be purchased using Samsung Capital to fund the gadgets as well as on-going maintenance.

In addition, The Waterfront Poole’s two communal club lounges with full kitchen and dining facilities will also feature Samsung’s products and technology, such as the Samsung Smart Oven with Dual Cook Flex and Air Fry.
