London BTR JV commissions Rund at Gallions Quarter

Build to Rent provider London BTR has commissioned Rund’s Employer’s Agent expertise at Gallions Quarter.

The Gallions Quarter project is a new residential development located at London’s Royal Docks, which has been forward funded by London BTR (a joint venture between Sigma Capital and EQT Exeter) and is a joint venture between Telford Homes and Notting Hill Genesis.

Set to capitalise on the thriving private rented sector (PRS), as explored in Rund’s 2023 Build to Rent Research Report, 132 Build to Rent homes will be developed across two buildings, which will be managed under Sigma Capital’s brand – Simple Life London. The project topped out in March this year.

In addition, 135 homes will be split between affordable rent and shared ownership tenures.

40% of all properties in the Gallions Quarter development will be family-sized homes and will feature high-quality amenities, including 614 sqm of recreational space, landscaped courtyards and a concierge.

Rund’s team will ensure the project is thoroughly assessed from feasibility through to completion. The company’s responsibilities include contract administration and chairing monthly meetings, alongside consistent engagement with key stakeholders and helping to achieve a seamless process from start to finish.
