LIV Consult announce a new hire into the role of Director BTR Consultancy (UK). The newly appointed – Clint Bartman – joins the London Team to head up the UK business under Iain Murray, Senior Director BTR Consultancy (Europe)and alongside Ellen Prenderville, Director BTR Consultancy (Ireland).
Originally from Chicago, Clint established himself in multifamily and student housing in the US, before arriving in the UK via Milan to deliver development and operations in the PBSA sector – including four years as Operations Director at Empiric Student Property plc.
In recent years, Clint has focussed on the Build to Rent space both as a BTR Consultant and as the MD of Operations for Strawberry Star, and now joins LIV Consult as a member of the Senior Consultancy Team.

LIV Consult is part of the 72,000-unit US multifamily business – Cortland – who are working towards a UK portfolio of 10,000 homes over the next five to eight years. Clint will lead the interface with the Cortland UK Development Team as well as the LIV Group Operations Team and the newly acquired Qdime Group.
LIV Consult works with funders, developers and operators to deliver over 35,000+ units in the UK, Ireland and Spain. The business focusses exclusively on Build to Rent, Co-living and Single-Family Housing markets – with a significant client base of over 80+ clients.
LIV Consult has also been shortlisted again in 2021 by Property Week for the RESI Awards as Consultancy Practice of the Year.
