Furniture rental business – Roomservice by CORT – has begun a new partnership with Build to Rent operator – Living by Lendlease. The new partnership will see Roomservice by CORT supply high quality rental furniture to their first Build to Rent communities in the UK, offering a convenient and sustainable solution for residents.
Roomservice by CORT has already installed flexible furnishing packages in over 300 apartments and furnished a number of show homes at Park Central West and Park Central East. These newly launched Build to Rent communities are located at Lendlease’s flagship urban regeneration development in the iconic Elephant & Castle neighbourhood.

Park Central West and Park Central East are the first collection of rental homes to be managed by the newly launched management platform Living by Lendlease.
The two companies worked closely together to design and source contemporary high-quality furniture packages – aimed at renters who choose to live in the vibrant urban hub of Elephant and Castle. Roomservice has over 300 furniture lines ranging from large items, kitchenware, appliances, soft furnishings and accessories, so were able to put together a set of bespoke packages designed to meet the needs and lifestyles of residents.
