Annalise Cook joins Legal & General Capital as its new Senior Investment Associate for Housing.

Legal & General Group’s alternative asset platform and direct investor, developer, and operator in residential property – Legal & General Capital (LGC) – has appointed Annalise Cook as Senior Investment Associate for Housing.

Carrying a wealth of knowledge in housing investment, Annalise joins LGC from Build to Rent developer Hub Residential, where she worked with its investors on new acquisitions, disposals, strategy and capital raising.

Prior to this, she worked at CBRE Capital Advisors in their investment banking team, contributing to Pan-European mandates across all asset classes.

In her new role exploring new investment opportunities for LGC, Annalise will be reporting to Head of Housing Investment Vanisha Thakrar.
