Leaf Living announces that its new SFH Build to Rent homes at Peters Village and Westwood Point in Kent are now available to rent. Located between the historic riverside locations of Rochester and Maidstone, Leaf Living at Peters Village offers a choice of three and four-bedroom houses ranging from 865 sq ft to 1,124 sq ft, set in a scenic 21-acre development.

Following the initial launch at Peters Village, Leaf Living will be expanding this offering to deliver a total of 94 three and four-bedroom homes by the end of 2025. For the current collection of homes, prices start from £1,750 pcm for a three-bedroom house.

All homes benefit from spacious living areas, allocated parking, and an EPC rating of B or above, allowing energy usage and monthly bills to be lower than most second-hand homes. A variety of layouts are available, from contemporary open plan living, kitchen and dining areas to more traditional designs with separate living areas.

Leaf Living homes offer a range of benefits, flexibility and security, with residents being offered the choice of 12, 24 or 36-month tenancy agreements, and the opportunity to extend (subject to terms and conditions). Pets are welcomed at every property, and residents can even paint and customise their home with prior approval.

The provider also offers a no-deposit option to residents. Delivered in partnership with Flatfair and subject to criteria, residents will pay a one-off fee equal to one week’s rent instead of a traditional five-week security deposit. Then, at the end of the tenancy, residents only pay if any repairs or replacements are required in line with the tenancy agreement.

All residents will receive Sky Superfast broadband with speeds of 550mbps, ensuring fast connectivity, and will have access to a range of intelligent devices, including video doorbells and chime for enhanced security, Hive Thermostats and Yale Keyless smart locks. All these devices can be conveniently managed and monitored through a user-friendly mobile interface.

In addition to the Smart Home capabilities, Leaf Living has partnered with Sky Partnerships to bring exclusive benefits to its tenants. Residents can access discounted rates for the Sky Glass TV, Sky Q stream system and Sky TV packages, and Sky Business customer support.
