Leaf Living, a specialist provider of professionally managed new-build rental housing in the UK, announces it has completed two agreements totalling over £34m of investment across two developments in Essex and Hampshire. Combined, the developments will deliver 110 new homes.
The development in Basildon, Essex will deliver 68 new homes as part of the 54-acre Gardiners Park Village development. The homes will be delivered in partnership with family-owned house-builder, Stonebond.

Leaf Living also confirms that it has partnered with Drew Smith to deliver 42 new homes in North Whiteley, Hampshire. The development forms part of the North Whiteley Urban Extension and represents an investment of £11.7m.
